   • Cap Feeding: A vibratory bowl feeder automatically orients and feeds caps into a delivery chute. A “No Cap” sensor stops the machine if caps are insufficient.

   • Capping: The star wheel indexes vials under the sealing heads, where caps are picked up, placed, and sealed using rotating sealing heads. The sealed vials are then transferred to the discharge conveyor.

   • Safety Features:

     • “No Vial – No Capping” system prevents operation without vials.

     • “No Stopper – Machine Stop” system ensures vials with missing stoppers are not sealed.

     • Clutch system on the infeed worm and star wheel stops the machine if a vial is overturned or oversized, preventing breakage.

Process Operation of Vial Cap Sealing Machine

Our automatic vial sealing machine has a conveyor belt that moves the feed container to the star wheel. Now the star wheel sets the container below the sealing head for the indexing bit. Caps are picked by vials from the delivery chute of the cap feeding bowl of the machine. The body and neck of the container are placed below the rotating head of the machine. The sealing head of the machine performs threading and sealing with precision. Designed with stainless steel matt finish, the machine comprises of no container, no cap arrangement.
