How It Works

1. Feeding: Filled capsules from a capsule filling machine enter the polishing chamber via a chute.

2. Polishing: Capsules pass through a rotating brush inside a cylindrical net, where powder is brushed off and vacuumed away.

3. Sorting: A separator at the exit rejects defects, allowing only quality capsules to proceed.

4. Output: Clean, polished capsules are discharged to the next stage, with the machine’s compact design allowing easy mobility and cleaning.
