Operation Process

Loading: Ampoules are placed in trays or dumped from boxes into the machine’s loading area.

Washing Cycle: Trays lower onto centering pins; needles align with ampoule necks for jet washing (inside/outside) using filtered WFI/purified water and air.

Drying and Unloading: Air jets dry residues; cycle ends automatically. Trays are removed for inspection.
