Automatic Vial Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine

The machine is available in three models tailored to different production needs:

• AVSL 80: Up to 60 labels per minute
• AVSL 150: Up to 120 labels per minute
• AVSL 250: Up to 200 labels per minute Speeds depend on container and label characteristics.

It supports vials from 2ml to 250ml (container diameter 22mm to 105mm). Label specifications include:

• Height: 8mm to 90mm (up to 200mm in some configurations)
• Length: Minimum 12mm
• Roll diameter: 400mm max, core 75/76mm It handles paper, transparent, BOPP, and holographic labels with easy changeover.

Containers are fed onto a conveyor (manually or automatically). A roller/spacing mechanism creates uniform gaps. Sensors detect each vial, dispense the label, and apply it via a wrapping/pressing unit. A secondary rubber pressing belt ensures wrinkle-free, precise adhesion. Labeled products are discharged automatically. It features a “No Product – No Label” safety system.
