The label roll is mounted on the label roll holder, while the label sensor detects the container and dispenses one label at a time. As the container moves on the conveyor, it picks up the label and passes through a pressing assembly with a sponge belt, where the container rotates and the label wraps around automatically before moving to the collection tray.
The machine features an HMI-based touch screen control panel, Variable AC Frequency Drive for speed adjustment, Stainless Steel 304 construction, synchronized label dispensing and product feeding, user-friendly label placement adjustments, and an easy-to-clean, low-maintenance design.
