Users manually put bottles on the conveyor of the automatic wrap around sticker labeling machine or alternatively an automatic bottle turn-table can be used for the task. Owing to its programmable logic control the entire process can be controlled. It can automatically sense the bottles and labels and apply the labels on the bottles. Since, the machine comes with a ‘no bottle-no labeling’ system, the machine takes necessary action to stop the operation in case there are no bottles or labels. Optionally Inkjet Printer can be attached onto machine for printing batch no., mfg. date etc. Duly labeled bottles get collected automatically onto exit collection tray of the machine.
