Users manually put bottles on the conveyor of the automatic wrap around sticker labeling machine or alternatively an automatic bottle turn-table can be used for the task. Owing to its programmable logic control the entire process can be controlled. It can automatically sense the bottles and labels and apply the labels on the bottles. Since, the machine comes with a ‘no bottle-no labeling’ system, the machine takes necessary action to stop the operation in case there are no bottles or labels. Optionally Inkjet Printer can be attached onto machine for printing batch no., mfg. date etc. Duly labeled bottles get collected automatically onto exit collection tray of the machine.

The machine is available in three models: AVSL 80 (up to 60 labels per minute), AVSL 150 (up to 120 labels per minute), and AVSL 250 (up to 200 labels per minute). Actual speeds depend on container and label characteristics. Higher models support greater throughput for large-scale production lines.
It is compatible with normal paper labels, transparent plastic labels, and BOPP labels. The machine handles a wide range of containers, including HDPE plastic cans (1L to 20L+), metal tins, jars, bottles, and round containers. It supports partial, full wrap-around, and overlap labeling without needing extra change parts for different label sizes.
The machine features an HMI-based touch screen control panel, variable AC frequency drive for speed adjustment, and synchronized speeds for label dispensing, product feeding, and pressing.
