Automatic Capsule Loader

The ACL-300 model can load up to 20,000 capsules per hour (depending on operator efficiency). It handles a 300-hole tray (25 × 12 arrangement) and is capable of loading multiple trays quickly, allowing one loader to support several manual capsule filling machines simultaneously.

It supports capsule sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 through interchangeable format parts. The machine is suitable for hard gelatin, HPMC, and vegetarian capsules, making it versatile for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, and herbal industries.

The working process is simple:

1. Place the empty loading tray on the loader platform and attach the guiding plate.
2. Feed empty capsules into the hopper.
3. Start the machine — it automatically orients and loads capsules row by row (12 capsules per stroke).
4. The machine stops automatically once all 300 holes are filled.
5. Remove the loaded tray and transfer it to the capsule filling machine.

This dramatically reduces manual loading time and operator fatigue.
