  • Shear-Driven Particle Refinement: Homogenization combines wholesale displacement, stretching, folding, splitting, and re-blending. Solid size reduction happens naturally as the material undergoes intense tearing and shear stress against the moving agitators and interior shell walls.
  • Automated Thermal Cycling: Once the preset batch sterilization interval expires, the heating loop automatically deactivates, the pneumatic exhaust valve opens, and the cooling process begins.

Mild steel units receive an anti-corrosive red oxide primer followed by a two-layer epoxy coating. PTFE shaft seals ensure sanitary and food-grade compatibility.
