The Two Head Ampoule Filling Machine delivers an output of up to 50 ampoules per minute (approximately 3,000 ampoules per hour). It can efficiently handle ampoule sizes ranging from 1 ml to 30 ml. The machine works on the slant travel (walking beam) principle:

1. Pre-sterilized ampoules are loaded into the hopper and transferred via star wheel.
2. Nitrogen pre-gassing removes oxygen from the ampoules.
3. Two filling heads accurately dose the liquid using volumetric syringes.
4. Optional post-gassing with nitrogen is performed.
5. Pre-heating and gas flame sealing (LPG + Oxygen) creates a hermetic seal.
6. Filled and sealed ampoules are automatically discharged on the outfeed tray.

It includes a “No Ampoule – No Fill” system and neck centering for zero wastage and perfect sealing every time.
