The Octagonal Blender is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Cone Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Octagonal Blender Machine gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagonal shape of container. It is uses in application of Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products.
In Octagonal Blender the granules come from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, hence requirement of blender RPM is less. Octagonal blender design suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement due to their shape if container have only slow movement and will results in good quality of blending / lubrication of granules.

Its unique eight-sided shape provides excellent mixing efficiency with low shear. It is widely used in large-scale manufacturing across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, food, spices, chemicals, and herbal industries for batch sizes ranging from 500 kg to several tons.
It offers gentle low-shear mixing that preserves material integrity, superior homogeneity, low power consumption, minimal heat generation, and dust-free operation. The octagonal design ensures better material flow and reduced segregation compared to conventional blenders. It also provides excellent discharge efficiency with very low material retention, making it ideal for high-volume production.
For best mixing results, the blender should be loaded to 60–70% of its gross volume. This allows proper cascading and tumbling action for uniform blending in 8–20 minutes. Our industrial models are available from 500 liters up to 3000+ liters gross capacity, supporting large batch production while maintaining mixing consistency.
The machine is designed for fast and thorough cleaning with mirror-polished SS316 contact parts, removable baffles, large access doors, and a butterfly discharge valve.
