It handles tough, sticky, high-viscosity materials such as soap noodles/base chips along with fragrances, colorants, fillers, and additives to produce homogeneous blends for toilet soap bars. It is optimized for dense, dough-like formulations.
The mixer is offered in Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel 304 (SS 304), or Stainless Steel 316 (SS 316). Finishes can be customized from matte to high-gloss. Mild steel units receive an anti-corrosive red oxide base coat plus dual epoxy top coats. PTFE shaft seals ensure sanitary, food-grade compatibility.
Precisely synchronized differential-speed ‘Z’-profile (sigma) agitators create tangential kneading motion for continuous axial material transfer. The process combines mass displacement, stretching, folding, splitting, and re-merging with intense shearing against the blades and trough walls, delivering uniform homogeneity while minimizing dead zones.
Tangential ‘Z’ blades (typically running at a 3:2 speed ratio) are ideal for high-viscosity sticky materials like soap dough. Overlapping blades (same speed) suit lower-viscosity free-flowing substances. The ultra-tight clearance between blades and trough prevents product buildup.
Models range from ASM-50 (50 L working / 80 L gross, 5–7.5 HP) to ASM-3000 (3000 L working / 3800 L gross, 100–120 HP). Intermediate sizes include 75 L, 100 L, 150 L, 200 L, 400 L, 500 L, 750 L, 1000 L, 1500 L, and 2000 L, with general and heavy-duty motor variants. Voltage can be customized.
Discharge is available via manual hand-wheel tilting, automated hydraulic tilting, bottom-mounted outlet valves, or a lateral extrusion screw. These options suit different viscosities and production preferences.
Yes. Adaptable temperature jackets allow internal heating or cooling. The trough is insulated with high-density mineral wool and clad externally. Optional blades cooling arrangements further support temperature-sensitive processes.
Optional systems include a liquid spray system, vacuum processing unit (for de-aeration), blades cooling arrangement, screw/extrusion system, and automatic valve discharge system. Modular configurations can be supplied on request.
