Precision Loading Bottles are fed into the system via a high-efficiency conveyor or rotary table. They are automatically positioned in an inverted orientation, utilizing gravity-assisted drainage to ensure all internal residues are effectively removed during the washing stages.
High-Pressure Washing Cycle The core of our cleaning technology features self-centering diving heads. These heads inject filtered water, detergent, or sanitizing agents directly into the container at high pressure.

Seamless Unloading Once the cleaning and drying process is complete, the bottles are automatically transitioned to the exit conveyor, allowing for a smooth, continuous transfer to your downstream filling, labeling, or capping machinery.
The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of rotating platform and are cleared in series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also spraying water when bottle are stopped means ensure saving of water and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.

An Automatic Plastic Bottle Washing Machine is a high-efficiency rotary or linear washing system designed specifically for cleaning PET and other plastic containers. It uses multi-stage high-pressure sprays, water jets, and air blowing to remove contaminants, ensuring hygienic preparation for filling in beverage, pharmaceutical, food processing, and recycling industries.
The machine is available in standard models such as ARBW-64 (up to 60 bottles per minute) and ARBW-100 (up to 100 bottles per minute). It handles bottles with diameters of 25–100 mm, neck diameters of 20–38 mm, and heights up to 280 mm (with change parts).
Key features include Geneva mechanism, four inner + one outer + one air wash, customizable wash sequences, stationary stainless steel nozzles, easy loading/unloading, individual solenoid valves for water saving, higher-capacity centrifugal pumps, portable tank/pump stands, and a separate control panel for safety.
Bottles are loaded onto a rotating platform, inverted in specially designed holders, and processed through indexed stations. Spraying showers perform internal and external cleaning while solenoid valves control timing and media flow. The inverted position and stationary nozzles ensure thorough cleaning with gravity-assisted drainage and minimal contamination.
