Operation Process

  1. Loading: Bottles are placed on a rotary table, conveyor, or indexing system.

  3. Soaking/Detergent Wash: Bottles are submerged or sprayed with alkaline detergents for 5–10 minutes.

  4. Label Extraction (if applicable): High-velocity jets or mechanical arms peel off labels.

  5. Rinsing: Multi-stage rinses with recycled then fresh water to neutralize and remove residues.

  6. Drying/Air Wash: Compressed air jets to blow-dry exteriors.

  7. Unloading: Clean bottles exit to the next station (e.g., filler or dryer).

The entire cycle per bottle takes 10–30 seconds, with minimal human intervention.
