Wrap around bottle labeling machines are uses for sticking labels which are wrapped around bottles. Label roll to be fitted onto label roll holder of the machine and waste paper to be fixed onto waste paper holder. Machine having label sensor which sense container and dispense one label at a time. During movement of container at conveyor, container picks up one label at a time. Further there is pressing assembly fitted which have spounge belt. Container rotates and move onto conveyor. During this movement label get wrapped automatically. Duly labeled containers get collected onto collection tray for further operations.

The machine supports Normal Paper Labels, Transparent Plastic Labels, and BOPP Labels. It is suitable for Partial, Full Wrap Around, and Overlap Labeling, as well as pressure-sensitive (self-adhesive), hot melt glue, and sleeve labels.

It can label Bottles, Jars, Tins, and other round containers. The AVSL models support vial/container sizes from 2ml to 250ml, with label heights of 8mm to 90mm and minimum label lengths of 12mm.

Three models are available:

  • AVSL 80: Up to 60 labels per minute
  • AVSL 150: Up to 120 labels per minute
  • AVSL 250: Up to 200 labels per minute (Speeds depend on container and label characteristics.)

Labels are loaded onto a roll holder. A label sensor detects the container on the conveyor and dispenses one label. The container picks up the label, rotates via a sponge belt pressing assembly, and the label wraps around it automatically. Labeled containers are collected on a tray. The machine can operate standalone or integrated into a production line.
