  • Additional Equipment: Packed columns for water removal, separators, vacuum systems, mixing/agitation setups, and storage/dilution tanks to achieve desired solid content and viscosity.

  • Process Flexibility: Operates via solvent or fusion processes, with options for multiple heating sources and customization for bio-based inputs to enhance sustainability.

  • Safety and Efficiency: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, compliance with international environmental/safety standards, ventilation, and process controls for consistent high-performance output while minimizing volatile organic compounds.
