Airjet Cleaning Machine

Tablet Counting and Filling Machine
Tablets are to be placed in the charging hopper. The machine’s integrated vibrator facilitates the extrusion of the tablets or capsules. Tablets or capsules are then added to the sensor-equipped stainless steel route discharge funnel. The pills or capsules travelling through the channel are detected by the optical sensor, which then responds by sending an output signal to the counter. After determining the required quantity of tablets or capsules, the machine’s PLC instructs it to activate the magnetic coil. The solenoid’s action modifies the path that the pills or capsules will take when they are counted and put into containers.
Bottle Capping Machine
An automatic bottle capping machine is used to screw-cap bottles. Depending on the bottles’ diameter, height, shape, and cap size, the machine may create 20 to 60 bottles each minute. Glass, plastic, PET, LDPE, and HDPE bottles in any shape can use it. An MS frame framework with stainless steel enclosures and cladding supports a stainless steel matt-finished machine. Both round and non-round bottles can be used with the capping machine.
Induction Sealing Machine
