Double Cone Blender
A double cone blender, sometimes known as a double cone mixer, is a medicinal powder mixer that can be used to combine various types of powders. The vessel is continuously rotated to tumble disperse the products. Depending on the specifications, blenders can be built of mild steel, 304 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel. The vessel has two conical frustums on either side of its shell, with a manual butterfly valve on one side for discharge and a lid on the other for charging with fast closing and opening clamps. Both the vessel’s interior and the cylindrical shell’s wall include central baffles. The vessel has a zero retention design. The vessel is mounted on a Plummer block and a specially made chain sprocket, and the machine runs on a motor with a reduction gearbox. The limit switch on the safety guard is linked with the motor to guarantee safe operations.
Manual Capsule Filling Machine
