Wrap around bottle labeling machines are uses for sticking labels which are wrapped around bottles. During this movement label get wrapped automatically. Duly labeled containers get collected onto collection tray for further operations.

Bottles are fed via a conveyor. Sensors detect the bottle position and trigger label dispensing from a roll. The label is peeled from the backing and applied to the bottle. A pressing assembly (often with a sponge belt for wrap-around) ensures smooth adhesion without wrinkles or bubbles. Labeled bottles are then collected for further processing.
