Working Principle of Bottle Sticker Labeling Machine

Wrap around bottle labeling machines are uses for sticking labels which are wrapped around bottles. The best part is that this machine can function independently as well as part of a big production line. This machine not only increases production output but also reduces errors by a huge margin. These machines are designed keeping optimum safety aspect in mind and hence they are absolutely risk free. Label roll to be fitted onto label roll holder of the machine and waste paper to be fixed onto waste paper holder. Machine having label sensor which sense container and dispense one label at a time. During movement of container at conveyor, container picks up one label at a time. Further there is pressing assembly fitted which have spounge belt. Container rotates and move onto conveyor. During this movement label get wrapped automatically. Duly labeled containers get collected onto collection tray for further operations.
