It ensures consistent quality, texture, flavor, and uniformity while meeting food-safety and hygiene standards.
The mixer is offered in Stainless Steel 316, Stainless Steel 304, or Mild Steel. Stainless-steel versions can be finished in matt or mirror polish; mild-steel units receive one coat of red oxide primer plus two coats of epoxy paint.
Models range from ASM-50 (approx. 50 L working / 80 L gross capacity) to ASM-3000 (approx. 3000 L working / 3800 L gross capacity). Motor power is available in general and heavy-duty ratings and can be customized to local voltage requirements.
Two Z-shaped (sigma) blades rotate toward each other at different speeds inside a trough, producing tangential mixing and kneading action. This creates bulk movement, stretching, folding, dividing, and recombining of the material, plus shearing against the blades and trough walls for uniform blending and size reduction of solids.
Discharge can be manual (hand-wheel operated tilting) or automatic (hydraulic tilting). Additional options include bottom valves, an automatic valve discharge system, or a screw extruder for controlled product removal.
Yes. A jacket for heating or cooling can be fitted, complete with mineral-wool insulation and cladding. Optional blade-cooling arrangements further help manage temperature for melting fats, dissolving ingredients, or cooling the batch.
Tangential blades meet at the edges, usually rotate at different speeds (typically a 3:2 ratio), and are preferred for higher-viscosity materials. Overlapping blades rotate at the same speed, suit lower-viscosity materials, provide faster interchange between compartments, and produce less intensive kneading/shearing.
Options include a liquid spray system, vacuum system, blade-cooling arrangement, screw extruder system, automatic valve discharge system, and (as needed) variable-speed drives or other customized controls.
