Empty washed & sterilized ampoules loaded onto infeed hopper of the machine. From where it has been received to receiving rack through starwheel/cassette. The moving rack which moves horizontally collect one/two/four/eight ampoules from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoule to the machine in left to right in an inclined position. During ampoule movement Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & Sealing Station perform filling and sealing operations. At the end duly filled and sealed ampoules get collected automatically onto collection tray of the machine. The machine is highly versatile and can process glass ampoules ranging from 1ml to 30ml. It is designed with a “minimum changeover parts” philosophy, allowing for quick transitions between different sizes (e.g., 1ml to 10ml) with minimal downtime.
To ensure the highest pharmaceutical standards, the machine features a Nitrogen Flushing arrangement that can be applied before, during, and after the filling process. This removes atmospheric oxygen, preventing oxidation and maintaining the sterile integrity of the injectable liquid.
Our Glass Ampoule Filling Machines utilize high-precision piston pumps (or optional peristaltic/servo systems) to achieve a filling precision of ± 1%. Additionally, the “No Ampoule – No Filling” system ensures that no liquid is wasted if an ampoule is missing from the station.
