The Multijet Ampoule Vial Washer is a semi-automatic, compact, and versatile cleaning system designed to meet cGMP standards for pharmaceutical applications. It is constructed from stainless steel, with contact parts made from Stainless Steel 316L or FDA-approved materials, ensuring durability and compliance with regulatory requirements. This versatile machine is ideal for small to medium-scale pharmaceutical, biotech, veterinary, and R&D laboratories. It effectively removes dust, particles, fibers, and residues from containers ranging from 1ml to 20ml ampoules and 2ml to 100ml vials using interchangeable change parts and different needle plates. The machine operates on a positive pressurized multi-jet principle with a pressure tank that ensures continuous and reverse supply of washing media. It delivers up to 6 sequential washes (3 water + 3 air) with minimal consumption of DM Water, Purified Air, and Water for Injection (WFI).
Ampoules are loaded in bulk onto combi tray if received in ready to dump boxes, which will have exactly same number of Ampoules and the pitch, as loading tray. Alternatively, each Ampoule/Vial has to be arranged into the tray individually. The loading tray is placed directly into the machine & the handlebar is lowered for automatic centering of washing needles into the Ampoules neck. The top cover is lowered & switch is operated for automatic sequential washing. Washing is performed from inside and outside of each individual Ampoule. Machine automatically stops after one complete washing cycle with buzzer sound and red-light indication. For removal of tray, reverse procedure is to be observed. Depending on loading & operator’s efficiency one can achieve 30 loading trays in an hour.
Multijet Ampoule and Vial Washing Machine is valued for its robust design, ease of operation (even by semi-skilled operators), and ability to deliver sterile, contaminant-free ampoules and vials, critical for pharmaceutical filling processes.

The Multijet Ampoule Vial Washer is a semi-automatic, compact, cGMP-compliant washing machine designed for thorough internal and external cleaning of glass ampoules and vials. It removes dust, particles, fibers, and residues using positive pressurized multi-jet technology. It is ideal for small to medium-scale production in pharmaceutical, biotech, veterinary, R&D, and pilot plants preparing containers for sterile injectable products.
The machine can wash 1ml to 20ml glass ampoules and 2ml to 100ml glass vials. It uses interchangeable combi trays and different needle plates (56, 99, 189, 240, or 340 holes) for quick changeover. This flexibility makes it highly suitable for multi-product facilities and varying batch sizes.
Ampoules or vials are manually loaded into a combi tray. The tray is placed in the machine, and the handlebar is lowered to automatically center the washing needles. After closing the acrylic top cover, the PLC-controlled cycle starts. It performs 6 sequential washes (3 water + 3 air):
Both internal and external cleaning occurs simultaneously using pressurized jets with minimal media consumption. The machine stops automatically with a buzzer after the cycle.
The machine (Model AAVW 340P) can achieve up to 100 ampoules/vials per minute or approximately 10,200 containers per hour with the 340-hole needle plate (depending on operator efficiency and plate size). It typically processes around 30 trays per hour. Output varies with the needle plate used and loading speed.
Utilities required:
Yes, it is fully cGMP compliant with SS 316/316L contact parts (or FDA-approved materials), online 5/10 micron filtration, acrylic top cover with safety interlock, and smooth polished finishes. It comes with IQ/OQ documentation support, and optional 21 CFR Part 11 compliant PLC + HMI.
