  • Step-by-Step Working Process:

    • Product Hopper / Tank The gel or viscous product is loaded into a stainless steel hopper (often jacketed for temperature control to maintain viscosity).
    • Product Intake (Suction Stroke)
      • A piston inside a cylinder retracts (moves backward).
      • This creates suction that draws the gel from the hopper through a rotary valve or check valve into the filling cylinder.
      • The volume is precisely controlled by adjusting the piston stroke length.
    • Product Discharge (Filling Stroke)
      • The rotary valve or direction valve switches position to connect the cylinder to the filling nozzle.
      • The piston moves forward and pushes the exact measured volume of gel out through the nozzle into the container positioned below.

    • Container Handling
