High Speed Vial Cap Sealing Machine is an advanced, automated piece of equipment designed for sealing injectable glass vials with aluminum or flip-off caps, primarily used in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, and biotech industries. Working Principle of High Speed Vial Cap Sealing Machine

Our Automatic Vial Sealing Machine has a conveyor belt that moves the feed container to the star wheel. Now the star wheel sets the container below the sealing head for the indexing bit. Caps are picked by vials from the delivery chute of the cap feeding bowl of the machine. The body and neck of the container are placed below the rotating head of the machine. The sealing head of the machine performs threading and sealing with precision. Designed with stainless steel matt finish, the machine comprises of no container, no cap arrangement.

Stoppered vials move from the infeed conveyor to the infeed star wheel. Caps are fed through a vibratory bowl feeder into the delivery chute. The machine places the cap on the vial and seals it using multiple sealing heads with a Gradual Pressure Sealing system. This produces wrinkle-free, uniform, and hermetic seals. The entire process is synchronized by a single motor with variable AC frequency drive for easy speed control. Sealed vials are then discharged onto the outfeed conveyor.
