Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plant is a specialized facility designed to produce concentrated sugar solutions used as base ingredients in industries like food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals. These plants ensure hygienic, efficient production of syrups with sugar concentrations typically ranging from 60-82° Brix, depending on the application—lower for beverages and higher for sweets. The setup emphasizes GMP compliance, minimal manual handling to reduce contamination, and scalability from small batches to large-scale continuous operations. Plants are often located near sugar sources for cost efficiency and feature closed-circuit systems for seamless transfer from raw materials to filling lines.

A typical sugar syrup manufacturing plant consists of interconnected stainless steel vessels and accessories, often mounted on a working platform for easy access. Essential components include:
We produce Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plants ranging from 10 liters to 10,000 liters batch size capacity.
A Sugar Syrup Manufacturing Plant is a specialized closed-circuit facility designed to produce high-quality concentrated sugar solutions (typically 60-82° Brix) used as base ingredients in pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, nutraceuticals, and cosmetics. It ensures hygienic processing with minimal manual intervention, GMP compliance, and scalability from 10 liters to 10,000 liters batch sizes.
Key features include low manpower operation (one operator + one helper), SS 304/316 contact parts with mirror finish and tri-clover joints, cGMP-compliant vessels, food-grade gaskets, CIP/SIP capability, vacuum or pump transfers, digital/PLC controls, jacketed vessels with heating (steam/electrical), and high-speed stirrers/homogenizers. All vessels are sterilizable.
Sugar and water are loaded (via vacuum, mechanical, or manual means) into a jacketed Sugar Syrup Vessel with high-speed stirring and heating. The prepared syrup is filtered and transferred to the Manufacturing Vessel (with optional homogenization), then to a Storage Vessel via pumps. The system feeds directly into filling lines and can produce a minimum of two batches per shift.
Core components include Sugar Syrup/Melting Vessel, Prefiltration System (filter press), Manufacturing/Mixing Vessel, Storage Vessel, Transfer Pumps, Piping with tri-clover joints, Working Platform, and Control Panel. Optional inline homogenizers and automation enhance performance.
These plants are ideal for the Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, Herbal, Biotech, and Cosmetic industries. They support production of syrup bases for oral liquids, beverages, sweets, and other formulations requiring consistent sugar concentration and high hygiene.
