Primary Function
It takes randomly oriented empty bottles (often dumped in bulk) and automatically aligns them neck-up (or as required), rejecting any upside-down or misaligned ones. This eliminates manual sorting, reduces labor, and ensures smooth, high-speed operation in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, cosmetics, and chemicals.
How It Works

Bulk Hopper/Elevator — Bottles are loaded into a large hopper, which feeds them upward via a belt elevator or directly into the main sorting area.

Rotary Turntable or Disc — A spinning round plate uses centrifugal force to move bottles outward toward guides or pockets.

Orientation Mechanism — Hooks, chutes, cams, or pockets gently grip and flip bottles into the correct position. Upside-down bottles are ejected (e.g., via air blowers).

Discharge — Properly oriented bottles exit in a single line onto a conveyor, synchronized with the rest of the line.
Many models are rotary-style accumulation tables (simpler for round bottles, using rotation to push bottles into order), while advanced ones handle higher speeds with servo controls or pucks for stability.
