In today’s fast-paced manufacturing environment, the Tube Filling Crimping Batch Coding Machine has become an indispensable piece of equipment for industries that rely on efficient, hygienic, and compliant tube packaging. This advanced automatic tube filling machine is specifically designed to handle aluminum, laminate, and metal tubes, making it the preferred choice for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and food industries.
A tube filling crimping batch coding machine is a high-performance, multi-function packaging system that streamlines three critical processes in one seamless operation: filling, crimping, and batch coding. It accurately fills tubes with semi-viscous and viscous products such as ointments, creams, gels, toothpastes, adhesives, sealants, lotions, and even certain food pastes. Once filled, the machine automatically crimps (folds and seals) the open end of the tube to ensure leak-proof closure. Finally, it embosses or prints essential batch information—including manufacturing date, expiry date, batch number, and regulatory codes—directly onto the crimp area.
This all-in-one automation eliminates the need for multiple separate machines, significantly reducing production time, labor costs, and the risk of human error. Modern models often feature servo-driven technology, PLC controls, and touch-screen interfaces for precise operation and easy adjustment.
Rotating disc having 8 tube holder pockets which rotate in continuous rotary motion. The 1st and 2nd stations are for the feeding of the tubes. 3rd station is for vacuum cleaning of the tubes to remove dust particles from the tube. 4th station is “No Tube – No Filling” station. At 4th Station tube presence will be determined by tube presence sensor. 5th station is Filling Station where filling will be done based on inputs from the 4th station. In case of no presence of tubes – no filling activity will occur.
6th station is crimping station. Where crimping activity will take place for tubes. 7th station is batch coding station where preset data will be embossed on to tubes. 8th station is automatic tube ejection station to eject filled & crimped tubes.

It is a high-performance, multi-function automatic packaging system that combines three operations—accurate filling of semi-viscous or viscous products, crimping (folding and sealing) of the tube end, and batch coding (embossing or printing of manufacturing date, expiry date, batch number, and regulatory codes)—in one continuous process. It is designed for aluminum, laminate, and metal tubes used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, and food industries.
The machine fills ointments, creams, gels, toothpastes, adhesives, sealants, lotions, and certain food pastes. It is suitable for both aluminum tubes and plastic LAMI tubes (by changing the sealing device) with diameters of 12–25 mm and lengths of 50–200 mm.
A rotating disc with eight tube-holder pockets moves continuously. Stations handle tube feeding (1st & 2nd), vacuum cleaning (3rd), “No Tube – No Filling” sensing (4th), precise filling (5th), crimping (6th), batch coding/embossing (7th), and automatic ejection of finished tubes (8th).
Two main models are offered:
Both use eight stations.
Fill volume ranges from 5 ml to 100 ml on the ATFM-S (via interchangeable syringes & cups) and 5 ml to 50 ml on the ATFM-D. Tube diameter is 12–25 mm and length is 50–200 mm on both models.
Notable features include a stirring device in the hopper, an electrical jacketed stainless-steel hopper with thermostatic control, “No Tube – No Filling” system, all contact parts in SS 316, relay-based electrical controls with start/stop/inch panel, and a variable AC drive for speed adjustment. It supports both aluminum and LAMI tubes by changing the sealing device.
It uses a “No Tube – No Filling” sensor system, stainless-steel contact parts (SS 316), a stirring device to prevent material sticking, and a jacketed hopper with temperature control for consistent product flow. The closed, automated process reduces contamination risk and human error.
Both run on 440 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz (four-wire system); voltage can be adjusted to local requirements.
It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, food, nutraceutical, herbal, Ayurvedic, and biotech industries for packaging creams, ointments, gels, pastes, and similar products into tubes.
It eliminates the need for separate filling, crimping, and coding machines, reducing production time, labor costs, and human error. It delivers high accuracy and consistency, improves hygiene through automated closed-system operation, offers adjustable speed and fill volume, and supports GMP-compliant construction for regulated industries.
