How It Works

The machine operates on a synchronized system involving sensors, conveyors, and dispensers:

1. Products are fed onto a conveyor belt, often separated by a spacing wheel or roller for equal gaps.

2. Photoelectric sensors detect the product and trigger the label dispenser.

3. Labels from a roll are peeled off and applied via rollers, brushes, sponges, or air pressure.

4. The label is pressed firmly for neat adhesion.

5. Optional features like batch coding/printers add details during application.

6. Labeled products exit for further packaging.

This process ensures accuracy, with no bubbles or wrinkles, and speeds up to 120-250+ labels per minute depending on model.
