  • Cleaning Process:
    1. Loading: Empty aerosol bottles are automatically fed via a conveyor or manual loading into the machine’s rotating mechanism.

    2. Washing: High-pressure sprays (often 360° coverage) rinse the interior and exterior with warm water or cleaning solutions, removing dust, oil, metal shavings, or manufacturing residues. Some models incorporate ultrasonic or brush mechanisms for stubborn contaminants.

    3. Rinsing and Drying: Followed by pure water rinse and hot air drying to prevent water spots or corrosion, ensuring bottles are ready for filling without contamination.

  • Controls: Equipped with PLC systems for adjustable programs based on bottle size, material, and cleaning intensity. Safety features include emergency stops and sensors to detect jams.

Process Operation of Bottle Washing Machine

The bottles are loaded on the subsequent indexing part of rotating platform and are cleared in series of operations. Specially designed bottle holders are provided to hold bottles with neck diameter. The bottles are placed in an inverted position in these cup shaped holders. Spraying showers does the external cleaning of the bottles. Solenoid valves are provided to enable the regulation of wash timings, it also spraying water when bottle are stopped means ensure saving of water and sequence of various washing media to suit specific requirement.
