Automatic Linear Bottle Washer

Description

Boost your production line efficiency with our Automatic Linear Bottle Washer. Engineered for high-speed performance, this compact industrial system ensures thorough, automated cleaning for both glass and plastic containers. By integrating a seamless linear conveyor process, the machine automates the loading, multi-stage washing, and unloading phases, significantly reducing manual labor and human error.

Working Principle of Automatic Linear Bottle Washer

Three-cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh water, dematerialized water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 316 on a heavy base of SS structure. In tunnel design is such that separation is maintained between feeding zone and discharge zone of the cleaned containers. All the mechanical drives are separated and isolated from the washing zone. Approved materials only are used for construction, together with a careful choice of components, thereby taking into consideration all aspects of sanitation and consequence complying with the pharmaceutical G.M.P. requirements. The quality of rinsing is ensured through 3 sets of inner and 2 sets of outer nozzles accurately placed to direct the jet at center of the bottle and the bottle comes out with water totally drained with minimum droplets of water.

Key Features of Automatic Linear Bottle Washer

  • Structure and Materials: Constructed primarily from stainless steel for durability, corrosion resistance, and easy sanitation. It features a heavy-duty SS base and modular design for easy maintenance.

  • Loading and Unloading: Bottles are fed via an SS wire mesh conveyor or manual push from a feed table. Automatic loading into specially designed pockets accommodates various bottle sizes (typically 30 ml to 1,000 ml, including round and flat shapes) without needing change parts for common sizes like 60–250 ml. Optional automatic unloading transfers bottles to a turntable.

  • Washing Mechanism: Equipped with 4–6 interchangeable stations for customizable cycles, including:
    • 3 water rinses (using fresh, treated, or deionized water under high pressure).
    • 3 air washes (pressurized air jets for drying).
    • Inner and outer nozzles precisely direct jets to the bottle’s center, ensuring thorough cleaning while minimizing water droplets and waste. The bottle is inverted (neck down) during washing to allow gravity-assisted drainage.

  • Efficiency and Flexibility: Supports three-cycle rinsing for tailored washes. Low energy and water consumption, with output speeds up to 100–300 bottles per minute (depending on model and size). Reduces manpower by automating feeding and reduces contamination risk by avoiding human contact.

  • Safety and Compliance: All pumps and jets are SS-made, with approved materials to meet GMP and sanitary requirements. It prevents cross-contamination through isolated wash zones.

FAQ for Automatic Linear Bottle Washer

Three main models are offered:

  • ALBW 100: Up to 100 bottles per minute
  • ALBW 150: Up to 150 bottles per minute
  • ALBW 250: Up to 200 bottles per minute It typically handles bottles from 30 ml to 1000 ml.

Key features include high-pressure spray nozzles, 3 inner + 1 outer + 1 air wash cycles, full SS 316 contact parts, no change parts required for round bottles, automatic loading via SS wire mesh conveyor, optional third tank/pump and water recycling, rigid construction for continuous operation, and isolated mechanical drives for hygiene.

Bottles are fed via conveyor into pockets, inverted neck-down, and pass through multiple indexed washing stations. High-pressure jets clean the interior and exterior using customizable cycles (fresh/demineralized water, air blow). The tunnel design separates dirty and clean zones, ensuring complete drainage with minimal residual droplets before upright discharge.

It offers high production efficiency, superior cleaning with pressurized jets, GMP-compliant hygienic design (SS 316 parts), minimal changeover time for round bottles, reduced labor, water recycling options, robust low-maintenance construction, and seamless integration into high-speed bottling lines.
