Key Features of Aseptic Bottle Washer

  • Sterile rinsing & sterilization: Uses sterile water, hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) vapor or mist, peracetic acid (PAA), or hot sterile air to remove particulate, microbiological, and chemical contaminants while achieving commercial sterility.

  • No water recycling in critical zones: Unlike conventional bottle washers, aseptic rinsers operate with single-pass sterile media in the critical sterilization zone to prevent recontamination.

  • Integrated sterilization media generation: Often equipped with on-board H₂O₂ vaporizers, sterile water production (via UV + final filtration), and sterile air systems.

  • No-caustic, low-temperature process: Operates at ambient or moderate temperatures (30–90 °C) instead of the 60–85 °C caustic soda baths used in traditional returnable-bottle washers.

  • Validatable process: Fully compliant with FDA/EU aseptic processing requirements; includes documented sterilization cycles, residue monitoring (H₂O₂ <0.5 ppm), and integrity testing of filters.

FAQ for Aseptic Bottle Washer

Adinath offers two main models:

  • ARBW-64: Up to 60 bottles per minute
