Automatic Bottle Airjet Cleaning Machine is a specialized piece of industrial equipment designed for efficient, non-contact cleaning of bottles and jars in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and packaging industries. It uses high-pressure compressed air jets to dislodge dust, particles, and debris from the interior and exterior of containers, combined with a vacuum system to immediately suck away the loosened contaminants. This dry cleaning method ensures hygienic preparation of bottles for filling with non-sterile products like dry syrups, tablets, capsules, powders, or liquids, while meeting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

Containers are fed on to infeed turn table of the machine from where they are transferred on to conveyor of the machine. Once bottles reach to the Cleaning Station, proximity sensor provide pulse to the machine and pneumatic bottle stopper stops four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles come down onto bottles. Vacuum mouth holder holds bottles firm and start air purging and vacuum suction operations. Vacuum suction unit suck impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum both done on same time to take out impurities from the bottles. After cleaning the bottle, pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, and bottles moves further on to conveyor for next operation.

The Automatic Bottle Airjet Cleaning Machine is a compact, GMP-compliant dry cleaning system that uses high-pressure compressed air jets combined with vacuum suction to remove dust, particles, and debris from the interior and exterior of glass, plastic, or PET bottles and jars. It is ideal for non-sterile products like dry syrups, tablets, capsules, powders, and liquids in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, and cosmetic industries.
Two main models are available:
Key features include a compact GMP model with SS 304 construction, positive air pressure and vacuum cleaning, stationary stainless steel nozzles, automatic loading/unloading, individual controls for air and vacuum, variable speed drive, separate dust collection chamber, overload clutch for safety, and optional PLC with HMI.
Bottles are fed via an infeed turntable or conveyor, automatically inverted at the cleaning station, and held firmly. Stationary nozzles blow filtered compressed air inside while a simultaneous vacuum suction removes loosened particles into a dedicated dust collection chamber. After cleaning, bottles are uprighted and transferred to the next process. This dual-action ensures thorough, contactless cleaning.
It provides effective dry cleaning suitable for moisture-sensitive products, ensures high hygiene with minimal contamination risk, offers low operating costs (no water or drying needed), enables fast changeover and easy maintenance, saves labor through full automation, and integrates seamlessly into dry product packaging lines while meeting GMP standards.
