Working Principle of Bottle Jar Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine

Containers are fed on to infeed turn table of the machine from where they are transferred on to conveyor of the machine. Once bottles reach to the Cleaning Station, proximity sensor provide pulse to the machine and pneumatic bottle stopper stops four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles come down onto bottles. Vacuum mouth holder holds bottles firm and start air purging and vacuum suction operations. Vacuum suction unit suck impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum both done on same time to take out impurities from the bottles. After cleaning the bottle, pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, and bottles moves further on to conveyor for next operation.

Bottle Jar Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine operates on a combination of positive air pressure (compressed air jets) and negative air pressure (vacuum suction) for thorough cleaning. It works on the principle of back pressure, processing bottles individually in an inverted position to maximize efficiency.

 

  • Infeed and Inversion: Bottles or jars are fed upright via a turntable, unscrambler, or conveyor belt. A feed worm or separator assembly inverts them automatically.

 

  • Cleaning Station: Gripping heads (with cup holders) secure the container. Inner nozzles jet high-pressure compressed air into the bottle to dislodge dust and particles, while an outer socket covers the mouth and connects to an exhaust/vacuum system to suck away debris.

 

  • Dust Collection: Loosened particles are collected in a built-in dust collector box or blower, preventing contamination. Ionized air may be used to neutralize static and enhance particle removal.

 

  • Outfeed: The cleaned container is returned to an upright position via a synchronized mechanism and exits for further operations (e.g., filling or labeling).

 

  • Simultaneous Action: Air purging and vacuum suction occur concurrently for optimal results, with stationary nozzles to avoid chipping bottle necks.
