Working Principle

Automatic Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine operates on a combination of positive air pressure (compressed air jets) and negative pressure (vacuum suction) to achieve thorough, dry cleaning without water or chemicals:

  1. In-Feed and Inversion: Containers are loaded upright via a conveyor or scrambler, then automatically inverted (using feed worms or star wheels) to position the openings downward.

  2. Cleaning Station: At the cleaning zone, a series of high-pressure air nozzles (typically 4-8 heads) blow compressed air (at 4-6 bar) into the container’s neck and interior, dislodging dust and loose particles. Simultaneously, a vacuum blower (with integrated dust collector) sucks away the disturbed debris through exhaust fans or negative-pressure chambers.

  3. Neutralization (Optional): Ionized air may be applied to eliminate static buildup, enhancing particle removal.

  4. Out-Feed and Reorientation: Cleaned containers are re-uprighted and transferred to an exit conveyor, collection tray, or integrated production line. Proximity sensors and pneumatic stoppers ensure precise timing and no-cleaning if no container is detected.

Working Principle of Airjet Cleaning Machine

Containers are fed on to infeed turn table of the machine from where they are transferred on to conveyor of the machine. Once bottles reach to the Cleaning Station, proximity sensor provide pulse to the machine and pneumatic bottle stopper stops four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles come down onto bottles. Vacuum mouth holder holds bottles firm and start air purging and vacuum suction operations. Vacuum suction unit suck impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum both done on same time to take out impurities from the bottles. After cleaning the bottle, pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, and bottles moves further on to conveyor for next operation.
