Bottle Vacuum Cleaning Machine, also known as an Air Jet and Vacuum Cleaning Machine, is a specialized industrial equipment designed to effectively remove dust, debris, hair, and small particles from the interior of bottles, jars, and containers before filling. This dry cleaning system is highly essential in contamination-sensitive industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, cosmetics, dairy, and nutraceuticals. It helps manufacturers meet strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards by ensuring containers are perfectly clean without using water. The Bottle Vacuum Cleaning Machine is particularly ideal for non-sterile products like dry syrups, tablets, capsules, powders, and bulk packaging. It works efficiently on various container materials including glass, plastic, PET, HDPE, and LDPE, delivering thorough internal cleaning through a powerful combination of compressed air jets and vacuum suction. This water-free bottle cleaning solution offers a fast, efficient, and cost-effective way to maintain product purity and extend shelf life while preventing cross-contamination in high-speed production lines.
Containers are fed on to infeed turn table of the machine from where they are transferred on to conveyor of the machine. Once bottles reach to the Cleaning Station, proximity sensor provide pulse to the machine and pneumatic bottle stopper stops four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles come down onto bottles. Vacuum mouth holder holds bottles firm and start air purging and vacuum suction operations. Vacuum suction unit suck impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum both done on same time to take out impurities from the bottles. After cleaning the bottle, pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, and bottles moves further on to conveyor for next operation.

A Bottle Vacuum Cleaning Machine (also known as Air Jet and Vacuum Cleaning Machine) is a dry cleaning system that uses high-pressure compressed air jets combined with vacuum suction to remove dust, debris, hair, and particles from the interior and exterior of bottles, jars, and containers. It is ideal for contamination-sensitive industries like pharmaceuticals, food & beverages, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals where water-based cleaning is not suitable.
The machine is available in two main models:
Key features include compact GMP model, positive air pressure and vacuum cleaning, stationary SS nozzles, automatic loading/unloading, individual controls for air and vacuum, variable speed drive, separate dust collection chamber, overload clutch for safety, and optional PLC with HMI.
Bottles are fed via infeed turntable or conveyor to the cleaning station. Pneumatic stoppers hold them in place while intermittent motion nozzles descend. Compressed air purges the interior while simultaneous vacuum suction removes loosened particles into a dedicated dust collection chamber. After cleaning, bottles are released and moved to the next process.
It provides effective dry cleaning (no moisture residue or microbial growth risk), ensures high hygiene with minimal contamination, offers low operating costs, enables fast changeover and easy maintenance, saves labor through automation, and integrates well into dry product packaging lines while meeting GMP standards.
