Containers are fed on to infeed turn table of the machine from where they are transferred on to conveyor of the machine. Once bottles reach to the Cleaning Station, proximity sensor provide pulse to the machine and pneumatic bottle stopper stops four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles come down onto bottles. Vacuum mouth holder holds bottles firm and start air purging and vacuum suction operations. Vacuum suction unit suck impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum both done on same time to take out impurities from the bottles. After cleaning the bottle, pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, and bottles moves further on to conveyor for next operation.
Bottle Jar Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine operates on a combination of positive air pressure (compressed air jets) and negative air pressure (vacuum suction) for thorough cleaning. It works on the principle of back pressure, processing bottles individually in an inverted position to maximize efficiency.

The Bottle Jar Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine (also known as Inverter Type Airjet Cleaning Machine) is a compact, cGMP-compliant system that uses compressed air jets combined with vacuum suction to remove dust, particles, and contaminants from glass, PET, plastic bottles, and jars. It is ideal for non-sterile products such as dry syrups, tablets, capsules, and bulk powders in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic industries.
Containers are manually or automatically loaded onto a turntable, inverted (mouth down), and passed through a cleaning chamber under negative pressure. High-pressure air jets dislodge particles inside the container while vacuum suction removes debris into a dust collection box. The containers are then re-oriented upright and discharged clean.
The machine is available in two main models:
