Containers are fed on to infeed turn table of the machine from where they are transferred on to conveyor of the machine. Once bottles reach to the Cleaning Station, proximity sensor provide pulse to the machine and pneumatic bottle stopper stops four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles come down onto bottles. Vacuum mouth holder holds bottles firm and start air purging and vacuum suction operations. Vacuum suction unit suck impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum both done on same time to take out impurities from the bottles. After cleaning the bottle, pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, and bottles moves further on to conveyor for next operation.

High-pressure air jets (typically 4-6 bar) dislodge particles inside the container while a powerful vacuum simultaneously sucks away the debris into a separate dust collection chamber. The cleaned containers are then re-oriented upright and discharged. Proximity sensors and pneumatic stoppers ensure precise, automated operation with no container detection skipping the cycle.
