Automatic Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine

Description

Automatic Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine is a specialized industrial cleaning device designed to efficiently remove dust, particles, and impurities from the interior of empty containers. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, chemical, and laboratory industries, this airjet vacuum bottle cleaning machine is ideal for cleaning glass bottles, plastic (PET) bottles, jars, vials, and ampoules. It ensures thorough internal cleaning for non-sterile products such as dry syrups, tablets, capsules, and bulk packaging materials, helping manufacturers maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance.

With its powerful combination of airjet blowing and vacuum suction, this high-performance industrial container cleaning machine delivers fast, reliable, and contamination-free results. It improves product safety, reduces rejection rates, and supports smooth, high-speed production lines while preserving hygiene and quality standards.

Working Principle of Automatic Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine

Containers are fed on to infeed turn table of the machine from where they are transferred on to conveyor of the machine. Once bottles reach to the Cleaning Station, proximity sensor provide pulse to the machine and pneumatic bottle stopper stops four bottles. Intermittent motion nozzles come down onto bottles. Vacuum mouth holder holds bottles firm and start air purging and vacuum suction operations. Vacuum suction unit suck impurities from the bottle. Air and vacuum both done on same time to take out impurities from the bottles. After cleaning the bottle, pneumatic bottle stopper deactivates, and bottles moves further on to conveyor for next operation.

Automatic Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine operates on a combination of positive air pressure (compressed air jets) and negative pressure (vacuum suction) to achieve thorough, dry cleaning without water or chemicals:

  • In-Feed and Inversion: Containers are loaded upright via a conveyor or scrambler, then automatically inverted (using feed worms or star wheels) to position the openings downward.

  • Cleaning Station: At the cleaning zone, a series of high-pressure air nozzles (typically 4-8 heads) blow compressed air (at 4-6 bar) into the container’s neck and interior, dislodging dust and loose particles. Simultaneously, a vacuum blower (with integrated dust collector) sucks away the disturbed debris through exhaust fans or negative-pressure chambers.

  • Neutralization (Optional): Ionized air may be applied to eliminate static buildup, enhancing particle removal.

  • Out-Feed and Reorientation: Cleaned containers are re-uprighted and transferred to an exit conveyor, collection tray, or integrated production line. Proximity sensors and pneumatic stoppers ensure precise timing and no-cleaning if no container is detected.

This process ensures 99%+ particle removal efficiency, making it ideal for high-volume production lines where contamination control is critical.

Key Features of Automatic Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine

  • Compact and Efficient DesignAutomatic Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine features an elegant, stainless steel (SS 304 or SS 316) matt-finish body that is robust, vibration-free, and low-maintenance. It often includes a turntable for vertical container feeding, in-feed screws or star plates for precise alignment, and adjustable height settings to accommodate various container sizes (e.g., diameters from 10-100 mm).

  • High-Speed Automation: Equipped with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) technology, AC drives, and sensors for synchronized operation. Output capacities typically range from 30-120 bottles per minute, depending on the model.

  • User-Friendly Elements: Includes overload clutches to prevent jamming, separate dust collection chambers for easy post-operation cleaning, and optional ionized air nozzles to neutralize static charges on particles.

FAQ for Automatic Airjet Vacuum Cleaning Machine

Containers are fed via an infeed turntable or conveyor, automatically inverted (mouth down), and moved to the cleaning station. High-pressure air jets (typically 4-6 bar) dislodge particles inside the container while a powerful vacuum simultaneously sucks away the debris into a separate dust collection chamber. The cleaned containers are then re-oriented upright and discharged. Proximity sensors and pneumatic stoppers ensure precise, automated operation with no container detection skipping the cycle.

The machine is available in two models:

  • AVCM 4: Up to 50 bottles/jars per minute
  • AVCM 8: Up to 100 bottles/jars per minute

It handles containers from 10 ml to 1000 ml. Change parts (nozzles and mouth holders) allow quick adaptation to different sizes, with adjustable conveyor height (875–950 mm).

Key features include:

  • Compact GMP model with SS 304 construction and stationary nozzles (prevents neck chipping and contamination)
  • Positive air pressure + vacuum cleaning
  • Easy operation, changeover, and cleaning
  • Overload clutch for jam prevention
  • Separate dust collection chamber
  • Optional PLC/HMI, air filter/regulator, and ionized air

Benefits: Dry cleaning (no water/chemicals), high hygiene, reduced rejection rates, low maintenance, energy efficiency, and seamless integration into automated production lines.

It delivers contamination-free cleaning with 99%+ particle removal efficiency, helping meet strict regulatory standards (GMP/FDA) without water usage or drying time. The machine is versatile across container types, cost-effective, operator-safe (enclosed dust control), and supports high-speed output. Manufactured by experts like Adinath, it offers reliable performance, easy validation (IQ/OQ documentation), and customization options for various industries.
