It is primarily used for labeling pre-filled and sealed ampoules containing injectables, vaccines, antibiotics, analgesics, and other sterile liquid formulations. The machine ensures every label — carrying essential information such as product details, batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, and regulatory markings — is applied flawlessly, helping manufacturers maintain strict compliance with GMP, FDA, and international quality standards.
The containers received from feed worm to star wheel precisely spaced and reach at the label wrap around point at the similar distance. While entering at the labeling point, container sensor start with servo motor and pressing belt press the label smoothly between pad and belt. Labels are dispensed from a roll, peeled at high speed, wrapped around the rotating ampoule, and pressed firmly. Labeled ampoules exit to an out-feed tray or conveyor. The entire process is automated with sensors ensuring no mislabeling.
