Working Principle of High Speed Ampoule Sticker Labeling Machine

The containers received from feed worm to star wheel precisely spaced and reach at the label wrap around point at the similar distance. While entering at the labeling point, container sensor start with servo motor and pressing belt press the label smoothly between pad and belt. Label sensor photocell detects the space between two labels and hold them until the next container comes. Meantime of this operation pneumatic printing attachment prints.

Ampoules are loaded into an in-feed tray or hopper, then transferred via feed screw or horizontal conveyor to a star wheel/rotary plate. Labels are dispensed from a roll, peeled at high speed, wrapped around the rotating ampoule, and pressed firmly. Labeled ampoules exit to an out-feed tray or conveyor. The entire process is automated with sensors ensuring no mislabeling.
