Vial labeling machines uses for sticking labels on filled and sealed glass vials. Best part of machine is that it can function independently as well as part of a continuous filling line. Machine not only increases production output but also reduces rejections and errors. Equipment designed by keeping optimum safety aspect in mind. Label roll to be fitted onto label roll holder of the machine and waste paper to be fixed onto waste paper holder. Label sensor sense container and dispense one label at a time. During movement of container at conveyor, container picks up one label at a time. Further there is pressing assembly fitted which have spounge belt. Container rotates and move onto conveyor. During this movement label get wrapped automatically. Duly labeled containers get collected onto collection tray for further operations.

Actual speed varies based on vial and label characteristics.
Vials move along a conveyor. A label sensor detects each vial and dispenses a self-adhesive label. The vial picks up the label, and a pressing assembly with a sponge belt rotates it to wrap the label securely. Labeled vials are collected on an output tray. The machine can run standalone or integrate into a continuous filling line.
It features an HMI-based touchscreen control panel, variable AC frequency drive for speed adjustment, synchronized speeds for label dispensing, product feeding, and pressing, and user-friendly label placement adjustments. Different label sizes can be handled without extra change parts, and no label data input is required.
Options include a printing device (inkjet or contact coding), missing label sensor, camera-based vision system for print and barcode verification, and voltage adjustments to match local power requirements. It supports easy integration with other packaging equipment.
