  • Agitation Mechanics: Driven by dual synchronized ‘Z’-profile (Sigma) blades revolving precisely at differential velocities toward each other, facilitating continuous lateral conveyance of the batch from side to side.

 

  • Flow Profile & Size Reduction: Generates a compound network of bulk displacement, stretching, folding, splitting, and re-merging forces, while intense shear and tearing stresses against the chamber walls break down solid particles.

 

  • Thermal Cycle Shift: Once the mandatory batch sterilization timeframe lapses, the thermal heating loop de-energizes, the pneumatic exhaust flap opens, and the cooling phase begins.
