It delivers intense shearing, folding, stretching, and recombining action for uniform dispersion and homogeneity.
The mixer is offered in Stainless Steel 316, Stainless Steel 304, or Mild Steel. Stainless-steel versions can be finished in matt or mirror polish as required; mild-steel units receive one coat of red oxide primer plus two coats of epoxy paint.
Models range from ASM-50 (approx. 50 L working / 80 L gross) to ASM-3000 (approx. 3000 L working / 3800 L gross). Motor power is available in general and heavy-duty ratings (e.g., 5–120 HP depending on model), with voltage customizable to local requirements.
Two counter-rotating Z-shaped (sigma) blades mounted in a W-shaped trough rotate toward each other at different speeds. This produces tangential mixing and kneading that combines bulk movement, stretching, folding, dividing, and recombining, plus shearing against the blades and trough walls for thorough processing of high-viscosity materials.
Discharge can be manual (hand-wheel operated tilting of the container) or automatic (hydraulic tilting). Additional options include bottom valves, an automatic valve discharge system, or a screw extruder for controlled product removal.
