It is specially suited for bubble gum base, chewing gum, dough, polymers, rubber compounds, and similar substances used in confectionery, food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
The machine is offered in multiple batch sizes—5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg, 50 kg, and 100 kg—making it suitable for both small-scale production and larger industrial requirements. Corresponding models (ASM-5 to ASM-100) also list approximate working and gross capacities in liters along with motor options.
It is manufactured from heavy-duty Mild Steel, SS 304, or SS 316. Mild-steel versions receive a protective red-oxide primer followed by a dual-layer epoxy paint coat. Stainless-steel contact parts can be supplied with a matte or high-gloss reflective finish as required.
Two counter-rotating sigma-shaped (Z-profile) blades create a tangential kneading effect. The material is continuously stretched, folded, split, and re-blended. Intensive shear occurs between the rotating blades and the trough walls, delivering thorough, uniform mixing and consistent texture without product retention.
Tangential blades meet side-by-side (typically at a 3:2 speed ratio) and provide higher shear, ideal for stiff, high-viscosity materials such as bubble gum base or rubber compounds. Overlapping blades intermesh at the same speed above the vessel center, enabling faster cross-transfer and a milder action better suited to lower-viscosity or freer-flowing products.
Yes. Optional heating/cooling jackets allow external temperature regulation. The trough is insulated with high-density mineral wool and protected by external metal cladding so batch temperature remains consistent throughout the cycle.
