All contact parts are manufactured from SS 304, SS 316, or SS 316L stainless steel. The system features specialized 316L construction and a high degree of surface finish to ensure corrosion resistance, sanitary performance, and compliance with FDA and EU guidelines.

Filter media traps solid particles while clear filtrate passes into a central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups connected to the outlet. Filtration continues until the cake capacity is reached or the flow rate drops significantly due to increased cake resistance. The design ensures maximum recovery of filtrate.
Available models feature plate diameters of 4, 8, 14, 18, 24, and 33 inches. Different configurations vary by number of plates, filtering area, cake-holding capacity, motor power, and pump size to match specific production needs.
