The machine works fully automatically and all operations are synchronized. Except the loading of empty container at in feed conveyor and removing the filled containers at out feed conveyor is to be done by the operator.

The filling operation starts once the containers gets aligned automatically below the nozzles. “NO CONTAINER – NO FILLING ” feature is provided to avoid spillage on the machine.

As per the preset filling volume setting, all containers will get filled with the same volume.

This is piston block type filling machine where any kind of paste like honey, mayonnaise, cream or any kind of liquid like shampoo, milk or any kind of semi solid material like pickles, Chana, grease can be filled. Standard Machine can fill particles of the size up to 5mm which can be increased as per the requirement on request (at extra cost).

Shut off nozzle feature can be provided if needed to close the nozzle immediately after filling to avoid any possible dripping of product. Gas Flushing arrangement pre filling or post filling can be provided at extra cost.

The conveyor can be stopped at the time of filling so that there are no vibrations on the container while filling process.

After filling the filled containers moves toward the out feed conveyor and the same cycle get repeated.
