Working Principle of 100 Holes Capsule Filler

  • Prepare: Separate empty capsules into bodies and caps. Insert bodies into the 100-hole base plate.

 

  • Fill: Spread powder evenly over the plate using the spreader tool, ensuring holes are full.

 

  • Tamp: Use the tamper to press powder firmly and evenly into each capsule.

 

  • Cap: Place the cap plate over the filled bodies and press down to seal.
