Manual Capsule Loader

A Manual Capsule Loader also known as a Manual Capsule Orienter or Inserter is a compact, benchtop device used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and herbal manufacturing to efficiently load empty capsules into the trays of manual capsule filling machines. It automates the orientation and placement of capsules to speed up the preparation process, reducing manual handling time from about 5 minutes to just 30-80 seconds per tray of 300 capsules. This makes it ideal for small-scale production, R&D labs, pilot batches, and facilities producing up to 6,500 capsules per hour when paired with a filling machine.

How It Works

1. Pour empty capsules into the loader’s hopper or magazine.

2. The device orients the capsules automatically and dispenses them into the loading tray.

3. Transfer the filled tray to a manual capsule filling machine for powder/granule loading, tamping, and capping.

4. Clean the loader after use—most models disassemble easily.
