A Vibro Sifter (also known as a vibro screen, vibrating sifter, vibratory sieve, or gyro screen) is a circular gyratory screening machine used to separate materials based on particle size. It efficiently grades, sieves, and removes impurities from powders, granules, liquids, or slurries.
It is widely used in industries requiring precise particle separation, such as pharmaceuticals (GMP-compliant models), food processing, chemicals, ceramics, plastics, and minerals.

Process Operation of Vibro Sifter Vibratory Sieve
This vibrating energy screen is unit consisting of circular pre-tensioned screen mounted on the frame along with vibrating motor. The vibrating motor imparts three plane vibrations to the screen due to revolving eccentric weights. Total assembly is mounted on suitable springs so that it becomes a independent body which vibrates without parting any vibrations to the foundations.
