Gravity Roller Conveyor

Unlike powered conveyors, it requires no electricity or motors, making it one of the simplest, most cost-effective, and versatile conveyor types for warehouses, shipping areas, assembly lines, and manufacturing facilities.

How It Works

• The conveyor frame is typically installed at a slight decline (pitch) so gravity pulls items downhill.

• Products with firm, flat bottoms (e.g., cartons, boxes, totes, skids, drums, or even pallets) roll smoothly over the rollers.

• For horizontal movement, items can be manually pushed.

• Rollers are usually spaced on centers and come in diameters like 1.5″, 1.9″, or larger for heavier loads.

• Conveyor belt is used as PVC coated canvas belt/endless rubberized belt.

• The Reduction Gear Box provides jerk less & noiseless performance for long time.
