Working Principle of Horizontal Automatic Vial Sticker Labeling Machine

The machine features an in-feed table on which to be labeled vials are loaded. These are now transferred to the machine’s conveyor and due to a linear motion mechanism these vials arrive at the labeling station where they are perfectly positioned and even the spacing between them are taken care of. Owing to a mechanizing rolling spacing device in place, you can achieve perfect spacing between two vials.   • Label Dispensing: A servo motor pulls labels from a reel; photoelectric sensors trigger precise release.

 

  • Application: As the vial rolls forward, the label wraps around via a labeling wheel or belt; pressing rollers ensure smooth, bubble-free adhesion.
