Horizontal Automatic Vial Sticker Labeling Machine

The machine is available in three main models:

• AVSL 80: Up to 60 labels per minute
• AVSL 150: Up to 120 labels per minute
• AVSL 250: Up to 200 labels per minute

Speeds depend on vial and label characteristics. It supports production scales from medium to high-volume operations.

It accommodates vials from 2ml to 250ml. Label specifications include:

• Height: 8mm to 90mm
• Minimum Length: 12mm
• Roll Diameter: Up to 400mm
• Core Diameter: 75/76mm
• Gap between labels: ~3mm

It works with normal paper labels, transparent plastic labels, and BOPP labels, supporting partial, full wrap-around, or overlap labeling.

Vials are loaded onto an in-feed table or hopper and transferred horizontally via conveyor. A rolling spacing device ensures proper separation. Photoelectric sensors detect each vial, triggering precise label dispensing. As the vial rolls, the label applies smoothly, followed by a rubber pressing belt for wrinkle-free adhesion. Optional coding or vision inspection can occur inline. Labeled vials exit to a collection tray.
