Working Principle

1. Feeding: Vials are loaded via a hopper, vertical tray, or inclined conveyor. An automatic bottle divider separates and feeds them horizontally onto a roller chain or inclined belt conveyor.

2. Conveying & Alignment: Vials lie on their sides and are stabilized by gravity (inclined belt) or rollers; sensors detect position.

3. Label Dispensing: A servo motor pulls labels from a reel; photoelectric sensors trigger precise release.

4. Application: As the vial rolls forward, the label wraps around via a labeling wheel or belt; pressing rollers ensure smooth, bubble-free adhesion.

5. Output: Labeled vials exit to collection trays or downstream packaging; optional coding/printing occurs simultaneously.

Process Operation of Automatic Vial Labeling Machine

The machine features an in-feed table on which to be labeled vials are loaded. These are now transferred to the machine’s conveyor and due to a linear motion mechanism these vials arrive at the labeling station where they are perfectly positioned and even the spacing between them are taken care of.  Owing to a mechanizing rolling spacing device in place, you can achieve perfect spacing between two vials.
