Rotary Tablet Press Machine

The machine operates on the principle of hydraulic pressure using a rotating turret. Powder flows into die cavities as lower punches drop. The upper and lower punches then apply pre-compression and main compression forces to form the tablet. The turret rotates continuously, with cam tracks guiding punches through filling, compression, and ejection stages, allowing simultaneous production across multiple stations.
